2. Ensure the order reference is clearly visible *on* the box or *inside* the box.

Reimbursement of Shipping Costs
1. Shipping costs listed on the invoice will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
2. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial returns.
3. All costs incurred will be refunded if we have made an error.
Standard shipping costs will be credited. Surcharges on payment methods, such as PayPal or credit card fees, will not be refunded.
Return Conditions
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for assessing the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.
The package must be returned to our company no later than 30 days after receipt.
Return Processing
- Your return will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
- We will always assess whether a return meets our conditions.
- Until received in our warehouse, we are not responsible for return shipments.
